What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Gift boxes?

What materials do you use for gift boxes?
Kraft rigid boxes use kraft paper and white rigid boxes are made with solid bleached sulphate (SBS) paper. The thickness of the rigid box would depend on the size of the rigid box, which can range anywhere from 600-1500gsm.
What standard finishes do you provide for gift boxes?
Kraft rigid boxes are uncoated, and all other rigid boxes come with a matte or glossy lamination. The standard lamination used is made with thin plastic. To upgrade to eco-friendly lamination, get in touch with us for a custom quote!
Does foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or spot UV cost more?

Will it cost more to print in Pantone?
Yes it will. Our quoted pricing assumes print in CMYK. Do let us know which Pantone colors you'd like us to use and we can get back to you!

Can I order a sample of my gift box?
You can order an unprinted, structural sample of your rigid box to test the size & structure of your rigid box. We don't provide printed samples unless you're ordering a pre-production sample, which can cost a minimum USD 300 per unit depending on complexity.
Can you provide a gift box dieline for me?
Dielines are provided for free upon purchase of an order or sample.
Does my gift box need extra packaging when being shipped?
We do recommend an external carton for shipping. Gift boxes shipped on its own or in thin polybags could cause dents on the edges and scratches on the boxes. In order to ensure your premium packaging stays premium until it reaches the hands of your customers, opt for a shipping carton or mailer box.
