Therefore, according to the situation of your goods, you must tell the carton factory whether the size you are talking about is the outer box size or the inner box size.
2. Secondly, choose the material of the carton
According to the weight of your goods and your own cost, choose the material of the carton reasonably. Cartons are made of cardboard, so you need to know something about cardboard. Our ordinary cartons are made of corrugated cardboard, and corrugated cardboard is faceted paper. , corrugated paper, core paper, lining paper. The quality of materials is generally related to the weight per square meter. The heavier the weight per square meter, the better the quality.
3. Selection of carton thickness
Cartons are classified according to flute type: the thickness of cartons is generally three layers, five layers, seven layers, etc. The load-bearing capacity of a carton mainly depends on the transverse ring pressure strength of each layer of base paper. It does not necessarily mean that the more layers, the better the load-bearing performance.
4. Printing issues
Once the carton is printed, it cannot be modified, so be sure to confirm the printed content with the carton manufacturer multiple times. Some small mistakes can be covered with self-adhesive stickers or wet paper that are similar in color to the carton’s appearance, but they are not beautiful enough. Please provide the most accurate printing information possible, and supervise the carton manufacturer to print strictly according to the requirements.
5. Sample box
If you confirm your intention to cooperate with the carton manufacturer, quote the paper quality and reach a consensus on the paper quality and cooperation method, you can ask the carton factory to provide sample boxes. Carton models are generally not printed, mainly to determine the paper quality, size and workmanship quality.
